2 ‘Full fat’ is fine
‘Diet’ or ‘reduced’ usually means what’s been taken out is replaced with something else, or just has less of the offending substance added. Going back to
our first principle, we try to keep it as nature intended.
3 Everything in moderation
Denial only leads to obsession, so we think its best to enjoy your
favourite things, just keep them in proportion. If one follows the first two principles, no real food is
bad unless over indulged. Just know what limits are appropriate and allow the occasional overindulgence... it reminds
you why you don't do it all the time!
